Is it just me or did Kuja look like a girl. I mean his body has the figure that a female has.

i thought kuja was a chick too, man. the first time he made his appearance, i was like "wow, who's the hot babe with the white hair and the loincloth?"

i didn't find out until later in the game, when the queen calls him "girly man" that i found out he was a dude. then it was like that scene in "ace ventura". those of you that have seen it will know what i'm talking about. i felt dirty...

First of all, don�t insult my gender. Kefka�s sprite did not look female to me. Not more than any other character. And he was not cross-dressing. His clothes were not usual, but come on. Do you want your villains to look normal?

As for Sephiroth. What are you complaining about, he was a Bishonen. Yes he did not look TOO male. He had no beard or stuff, but still, his clothes, his body looked pretty male... and pretty.

And do I have to mention that Ultemecia and Edea WERE FEMALE so don�t complain they looked female...

Kuja, however. My first reaction was: "Oh! The new Sephiroth!" I did frown at his appearance in the FMV that followed that scene, but honestly. If Kuja had been introduced as a girl, people would have said stuff like "She looks quite male." He was tall, slender. Yep, he did not have so many muscles like an average X Men character, but he was a guy nontheless.

His habit to wear - let�s say - strange, unusual clothes, along with his manner to speak and to act, just go along very well with his character and his background story.
I found in Kuja one of the most surprising villains in role playing history, one of the best developed characters in the Final Fantasy series, and a villain that was odd, but fascinating, interesting, fresh and new.

And besides, I just have to add that he looks extremely good. At least I could not get enough of him. I don�t like it when people degrade him and say nothing but "He looked like a girl." when talking about one of the best characters ever.

i thought he dressed a little gay myself i didn't like to much either.

and the reason he doesn't have a lot of muscles is because he doesn't need them, lets see he can fly he can cast godly magic and he can take over Eidolons......what else would someone want.

i have to admit, the first time i saw him i though he was female, but then in time he did look male.

At first I also thought Kuga was a female, untill the text started saying stuff like he and him. I was kinda surprised then kinda figured it out.

i thought he was also a Woman, but i realized that he wasnt later because if you look at him hard enough, he really doesnt and then with the thing with him and Zidane...

at no point did i think Kuja was female. hes feminine, butits pretty obvious thats hes male. the lack of breasts was a clue. his thong was a bit of a put off tho. :eye:

As far as I�ve got it "Kuja" is another name for the planet Mars in some language or culture or religion which I have just forgotten. It fits well with a male, you�re right. Mars was the god of war.

Yeah, the first thing my boyfriend said as I played trance Kuja's battle was, "Is she the last boss??"

I had to laugh at that, but then again, when I first saw the Trance Kuja, I thought the same. ;)

I thought Kuja looked like abit of a girly-boy, but only when i watched the FMV of him and noticed his thong! For me, it wasnt so much his face, but his clothes and figure. I think Kuja was abit...'confused'.
I wouldnt mind if my girlfriend had his figure though... except the lack of breasts would cause a problem and so would the contents of his thong!!!

Well, for those of you who didn't know, Kuja actually was a girl in the Japanese version, but they changed it to a guy in the english versions. They didn't do a very good job though.

I tought Kuja was a girl or just a nancyboy whom has female features poof!

Whenever i write an ff9 fan fic (or anything with kuja in it) i always remember to mention that he is a cross dresser...

i agree.....they prolly felt hardcore gamers wouldnt want a Woman to be the villian.....i think it would put a spin on everything.....like if she fell in love with a main char, but was taken back because of his good side.....that would make a great game....:cool: .......drag queen???? yes....definitly!!!!!:D

When I saw him to, I was like finally a cool female bad guy, but once I foun out he was a guy, I thought he had some issues. how he moved at the end of disc one to,...he moved like a girl,lol.......:notgood:

they were trying to give in to the high drag queen audience that plays ff, and wants to see one of there own become an evil villian so they can pray and worship such a creature which they can relate and call god......in other words i have no friggan clue......:p
