Don't know if anyone has seen this, but this is just a screen shot of a boss battle, ifrit has been summoned in the screen. And theres also a health bar for the boss at the top.

Now i've been keeping an eye out for news on FFXII all the time, I've even got a ffxii site for my homepage. So i get lots of info all the time. The forum on the site I use most was hacked so I can't give you details and all. But the thing next to their name at the bottom of the screen, you see the green circle looking thing and the green ones? Well recently it was announced that there is something called mesiki (I don't know if that's the correct spelling or the real name for it I'm just going of from what I can remember) It was said that this mesiki or whatever it is is kind of like materia. So perhaps that's it. I'll keep an eye out for more news. If you wanna know something about ffxii PM, becuase I know ALOT.

Awesome 3d models, however it looked to me like the game ran at about 5 fps. I hope this isn't the case.
The screenshot is a little blurry.

To be honest I can't see materia coming back, if there is something similar it will be different enough to keep things fresh.
But what do I know? Can't wait.

Im kinda sad that they are starting to move away from the turn based (Ie wait bars) I personally liked that better. Random battles all the way.

No it's Ifrit, take a closer look.

It's Velius.The name under Ashe's name in the screenshot is pronounced as Be-Ri-A-Su in japanese,which is the japanese way of writing Velius.
