Can anybody tell me a good site to download music which I can use on RPG Maker 2000?

Well it depends on what your looking for... if you want music from other games, you can check www.vgmusic.com

If your looking for something else... well... look around =P

Basically any place that has MIDIs.

You can also use mp3s on 2003, in addition to mp3s and ogg on XP.

Best site is vgmusic, since it has most of the variety... I only used that one when I was gathering midis back in the days.
