right i love final fantasy even the bad effects but even so, the thing i am gonna say/write it`s blooming brillent to have male baddys (for us girls so we can droole over them) buut where are all the female baddys? why can`t there be some bad ass girls? i want them to make a FF with an a woman who the devil would give up hell 4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Final Fantasy IX's Queen Brahne and Beatrix, although both were redeemed in the end. Well, Queen Brahne, sort of. She was awful, but it was really more Kuja corrupting her and she repented in the end and realized the horror of what she had done. And of course, after busting up your party a few times, General Beatrix realized the error of her ways and joined your side, becoming one of the best FF characters of all time.

Ultimecia was evil, but she was weak.
Brahne was evil, but she was dumb.
Leblanc was evil, but she was a slut.
Beatrix was evil, but she turned.

The ladies don't seem to have the evil mastermind thing that we see in say Kefka, or Garland, or mabye even Sephiroth.

True on one account. Beatrix did beat the f**k out your group at the end of disc one though. I would call that detering the heros.

But that was just in the middle of a standard war. It wasn't actually a quest to save the world at that point, so Beatrix didn't ever stand in the way of saving the world.

Also, FFIII's Dark Cloud is very obviously female, and she's pretty old-school evil.

Come to think of it, lots of the Nintendo FFs had a fairly large number of female bosses throughout the game.
