I'm here to give you lot The Final Fantasy VIII Rumble version 2.

Yes, it has been done before by Agent0042, I believe, And here it is ( Thread 8360)

As with most of the other Rumbles, I'm starting with the basics. By this I mean, you know:

- Playable Characters
- Non Playable Characters
- Themes
- Limit Breaks
- GF's

etc.

Then we'll venture on to the more in depth stuff. And most of the stuff above I will get you guys to nominate.

The Rules: Short and sweet, basically I put forward a battle containing two participants, and you vote for the one you want to win at the end. I'll update the rumble usually every four days, but sometimes it might be more and sometimes less. We will usually start off with 8 or 16 participants, but we may have 32 at some points. These are the only available numbers because they are the only ones that split up into even numbers till we get 1 winner.

I'm not going to start with characters, because there is an awkward number of them, which we will sort out soon.

Right, giving this one a very early update. Much earlier than expected from me anyway. I did this because I'm away for two weeks, and it looks like Jander, who I believe now is Special K, a nutricious breakfast will be taking over, which is fine.

The landing. This is the music played during your first mission as a seed agent on the attack to dollet. It is also played agaion when the 2 gardens collide.

I loved the Lunatic Pandora piece but my vote goes to Premonition. Wonderful music and one of my favorites in the game.

Julia's Piano Theme, a.k.a. simply "Julia?" Hmm, Compression of Time for me. The MIDI doesn't entirely do it justice, but it's not too bad. And it's a much deeper and more complex piece --- Julia is simply another "Eyes On Me" instrumental, and not that great of one compared to the piece that just lost the lost battle, or several of the others as well.

P.S.: New Gen FF Rumble edition has started, so for those who haven't seen it yet, be sure to stop by.

Something about compression of time felt very calming and relaxing to me, it definetly gets my vote.

I liked the ending theme, but i must've whistled along to Dont Be Afraid about a thousand times, i've heard it so much its practically ingrained into my soul so that gets my vote Lol.

Is ending theme the one at the credits where it's like "dun daaa - dun da dun daaaa - dunanuh nuh duh dudu daah-" I think that might be the end of it, and the bit before it wasnt' that much happenin. I'll go for Don't Be Afraid, even if it has killed off most of my brain cells.

The Ending Theme is the music you're talking about, the orchestra version of Eyes on Me and all of the music played during the closing credits including the traditional Final Fantasy prologue.
