If we knew the exact date for every country, we'd more than likely have a thread stickied telling you about it. Read through all the threads, there's a few telling dates. They seem to change each time posted though.

Nothing is really set, just that its a hell whiles away. Mid-2006 would be my bet, considering how things have been going.
