This is a picture I have made from scratch with paint shop pro 7.
I am only very new at this but I would like to hear feedback about it.

Tbh I am happy with the outcome as I have no art talent at all ;-)

I think the hair on the left side of the head (her left) flows nicely. For a first piece it's really neat, I think! What exactly is the environment meant to be? It looks as if it could possibly be underwater. Also, consider color when working with environments so saturated with one single hue. The clothing, hair, and skin would probably have more blue tints to them in that lighting.

I think. Haha.

Thankyou,

I had a hard time creating a background for her. I had a few thoughts but need way more practice.

The background is just a paint fill effect that I had muddled with then I had changed lighting trying to blend them together more smothly.

Here is the very original I had made which resulted to be the one in my first post :

I'm not going to get too picky with you, I don't want to seem as if I'm scolding because I've got heaps of artistic problems myself, but I will tell you one thing. People's eyes are exactly the size of one eye apart. The facial construction of your piece here may be a stylistic choice however, but just in case it's not something you considered before, you know have that information.

The original coloring was cooler to me, lots sharper since you just inverted them in the final piece. You could change the hues without having to invert the darker tones used in line work and shadows if you wanted, possibly providing a better look?

It's good for a first time digi-art. ****
