I beat the omega weapon and I have to say getting there was tough but he wasent all that bad Be careful he dosent put ultima on u!

Heh, judging from the title of the thread, she/he is trying to ask our opinion on Omega's difficulty. And if that is what you are after, then I thought he is pathetic!

Omega Weapon is not hard. I just killed him after two attacks from Auron and Yuna.

I suppose it depends how powerful your characters are when face him and what your stats are. But there again he is pathetic compared to the omega weapon in FF8.

Most of the monsters in FF10 are pathetic compared to FF8.

yea but in ff8 I thought he was too easy also all u needed was cards then exchange them.

omega was really easy for me. maybe cuz i almost covered the sphere grid for all the characters and then fight it O_o

Hmm.. yeah he was easy due to full stats. What I dont understand is why the %^&* I cant beat dark anima. ARGH!!!

i havnt got to him yet but i ahve a feeling that he will be easy based on what you guys ahve said.... i dont have break damage limit for anyone but i ahve gained 200+ sphere levels on each charachter

uhh.. isnt the max 99? or are you accumulating them? ie they have moved 200 spaces

Omega Weapon was pathetic. I put off killing him for a turn so I could get Kimahri's overdrive from him, but then I kicked his ass so fast. I didn't even need to summon an aeon. It was difficult to get to Omega Weapon so I was expecting a good fight but I was dissapointed with the pitiful enemy I was faced with.

yeah i get to around 70 for 3 ppl them use them then train etc 200 sphere moves but nvm i just got the break damage limit for aurn and tidus i beat the chocobo race and got the sun sigil in 15 min : P

u got the magus sisters I didnt..unfair...lol

^ You can get the magus sister's easily. First get all the other aeons (including Anima) and go to the Remeim temple. Find Belgimine in there and defeat all of her aeons. When you send her to the farplane she leaves behind an item (the flower sceptre, or something). With that item and one you get from the battle arena (cant remember what its called...something crown), you can remove the wards/locks on the door to the chamber of the fayth in Remeim temple. Use them, go in and retrieve the Magus sisters aeon! Simple.

As for omega weapon. Piece of piss. They should have called him omega TOOL. So easy that i almost forgot to get Khimairi's overdrive off him.

He was so easy I killed him before I remembered to switch Khimari in to get the overdrive.

Damn it, now I have to get it from Nemesis.

Omega weapon hmmmmm.... Well it took me one try to beat him but only with auron on 5hp left, so it was close.

nemesis is easy enough if you stay patient

I had problems on him to be honest... I wasn't strong enough so i had to level my characters up . But it was annoying that it was no saving sphere before you fought him...

I just used Zanmato on him beacause I couldn't be stuffed going through the thing to get to him again.

I didn't spend hours on "leveling" up my characters, although Omega Weapon was kinda simple. FFVIII's Ultima Weapon seemed a bit harder than it. It could just be that on FFVIII all my main guys were at lvl 100, and all my GFs were at or past lvl 50. And almost all of FFX's monsters were really weak. The exceptions are, mabye Overide Sin, the last form of Seymore and that King Behemoth thing.

The omega weapon was a little boring... It wasn't hard it just took a long time for me. I had to attack it heaps but its attacks were easily cured

The first time I played Omega it was sort of in between, not too hard and not too easy. The second time he was a piece of cake. The first time I didn't have any of the Celestial weapons and no one's stats above 78 other than HP and MP. I think the highest and lowest HP's and MP's were 9999, 347, 2450, and 125, respectively. The second time I only had Tidus's Celestial weapon and had stats a bit higher than the first. Every time I play the game over I end up with higher stats and stuff when I get to a certain spot, especially for Auron and Tidus.

Any boss after you get the airship is EASY.

yeah, omega was pretty easy, actually I found great marlboro and Master Tomberry more difficult!!!!

is theere any thing special you can get from Omega ruins apart from the teleprot sphere and fighting nasty fiends?
