but who thinks it would be cool to have a Final Fantasy which is like Momento, you start at the end and reverse play! :P

Nope. There's a formula to the Final Fantasy series, as there is with most any other series. If the developers wanted to break with that formula, they'd be better off simply making an entirely new game instead of tying it to an existing franchise.
