does Squall die?
cause some people say that Squall dies at the end, and some says that he does....whice is true?

It's not entirely known...some say he does, others say he doesn't.
I think he did, but he stayed in Rinoa's heart.

Just think of it as I do...He and Rinoa are still together, even though he is dead. And one day, they'll meet again. :D

Thats why you see them together at the end, it shows that she still thinks of him.

Because it isn't real. It is a way of showing that Rinoa still has Squall in her heart, and that she'll always love him.

ok, i guess i'll have to watch the ending for myself for me to draw up my own conclusion

I'm still not entirely sure myself. I don't actually see how he died. So, perhaps they are together at the end, after all.

The thing is, it isn't real. Or so a lot of people say. When you see the camera looknig at Rinoa and Squall kissing, it isn't real either. It symbolises that rinoa still loves, and always will love, Squall.
I'm still not quite sure though. Perhaps it is real.

One question, what is mean about it?

anyway, i think he lives, he is right there in front of you, i mean it kind of makes sense but kind of doesnt... That is just what i think?

It's a clever ending, it makes you think. Perhaps it was made to let you pick your own ending, and to let you decide what happens.

i actually liked the ending. it wasnt bad. It really suprised me.

well if you have to decide your own ending, then I decide that squall lives ;)

They had such a good relationship at the end, and you really want them to stay together. Perhaps that's why the ending is like that. So people wouldn't be all upset.

Squall was an awesome character, i am glad that he lived in my opinion, it just think that because i like it the way i thought of it and i am use to that, but you never know, maybe he did.

Exactly, that's why the ending is so confusing. It let's you decide, depending on how you reacted to the charcters during the game.

I read a great explination to how he (could) have died once. On these very forums, I don't know how he could have died.
It's just something a lot of people think. I really don't know what happned, I'd like it if he lived. But perhaps he did die.

No squall can't die. I belive he might of died, but when rinoa came, her love brought him back. And they do kiss in the end, He's definetly not dead.

Or what if she was wishing he was there, cause when the shooting star went by, maybe she was wishing he was there!

But I prefer to think that squall is alive, cause he can't be dead, he's such a cool character!

Squall did not die because they do kiss at the end.

I think hes alive. Why would he die?? He's alive and kickin it with Rinoa. If he was dead, and it was just showing that Rinoa will always love him in her heart, how come they didn't show Raine with Laguna. Squall and Rinoa live happily ever after. YAY!!
