In light of the issues with the shrine increasing, we have a subreddit where a bunch of us have been congregating. It's not a replacement for the shrine, but a good hub to hang out during downtime or if the site ends up fully dying so we can decide what to do next. Join us!

reddit.com/r/ffshrine

It also has other communities (IRC, etc.) listed for those interested, and current methods of accessing the site best.

Glad to see you figured out how to get in! Definitely agree that it's preferential to Shrine at the moment, considering how few people are on.

You must've been one of the ones helping me, thanks!

I've been hinting at it occasionally for a while, and have recently messaged a few people I know are great contributers, but figured it might be a good time to make a dedicated post; I'm not sure how much longer we have left. D:

Even with the site "working" as it is, a LOT of people haven't figured out how to tweak things so they can access the site. And with less users, there's less submissions, only worsening the issues.

Aye, I was haha

The thing I'm curious to see is when whoever put this redirect in realises that they forgot to link it to an exe. Apparently the .org site automatically downloaded a trojan if you access it, though I'm not positive as I'm sure as hell not going to give it a go. I doubt Sarah will pop up anytime soon, so it's really just a question of how bad things will get before the site properly dies.

If it wasn't for you I wouldn't find the way back. That Trojan McAfee was in the way

Yep, likewise, if it wasn't for 1337haXXor I wouldn't have figured out how to get back on the forums.
