There was a story in my local paper today which startled the bejezus out of me.

A 14 year old kid tried to download 'Final Fantasy-Advent Children' from a P2P (didn't say which one) and what he actually downloaded - without knowing it - was kiddy porn. He's been charged because, as the police spokeswoman said, the search he did contained the words 'Fantasy' and 'Children'.

Best bet folks - wait till it comes out and buy the thing. That's what I'm gonna do!

well he was kinda stupid to be breaking the law in the first place coz he was trying to download an illegal version of final fantasy advant children, however it's kinda harsh that something like that happened coz thats like a really serious offence even if you are 14 years old.

i agree with most of you but if hes only fourteen so he should still be a minor surely that should be the same as him lookin at girls his own age is it just me or is the government fucked up as well as police bein stupid twats for doing something about a boy surely they should be out shooting dirty old men who strap long pieces of veg to chairs and sit outside of schools bouncing up and down on them as the kids walk past or doing somethin about drug dealers oh yeah by the way i aint tryin to stick up for him

Also, that kid won't be getting Advent Children when it comes out. He will be in a nice little reform school. Just to put in perspective of how long he will be there. I know a kid that was 15 that sold a bunch of porn magazines at school and he was in reform school for a year. Kiddy porn is a much more serious offence then selling porn to minors.
