The only thing I can find close to these are the song collections from nyaa and some compilations Vinphonic made for his collection that included mainly tracks from the games and these osts.Other than that I haven't been able to find these releases shared online.

The Sakura Taisen Complete 8CD collection is available in FLAC format in the 2Tb Collection thread here - is that any use to you?

The 2 collections with 8 cd each contain songs, not the actual music from the anime series.
