was she pointing at the shooting star or was she trying to say to sqaull "one dance?" or did it mean something completly different...

i think it was to "celabrate" the moment when they met, to simbolize that they could never imagine what they were going to live from that moment, and they were there after an adventure of a lifetime, and there were they strangers to lovers

She was pointing at the shooting star. Both of them saw it, and Rinoa noticed that this young man is cute(Squall) and saw the shooting star. Then she decided to talk to him and ask him to dance with her.

That is, if you're talking about the Dance Party after the Dollet mission.

If you're talking about the scene in the balcony, at the end of the credits; Rinoa was pointing at the shooting star that both Squall and her saw because they loved each other. It's just like, Rinoa was reminding him of memories when they first met.

i always thought she was saying like "wait one second" you know how you hold up one finger to say like "hold on", but i was playing it last night and thought that maybe she was pointing at the shooting star.

I think something like that too, but i think she is or pointing at the shooting star or remembering at Squall that it all began with that movement and with a shooting star

oh and if your talking about the end Balcony thing I think she just did it Because that is what she did when they first saw eachother just to remember and they smiled about it. something like that.

I thought that it meant one dance. I believed that if she had been pointing at the star, then she would have actually pointed up AT the star, which she didnt. She pointed her finger and brought it close to her chest.

well.. she wouldnt be pointing at the star because its a bit weird pointing to something without looking at it, dont you think? And well.. I just thought of it as 1 dance. either that or a weird pose.
