I've been searching around on the old posts and threads on the site for this soundtrack, and they either lead to the more easily available "OST" that was officially released (but obviously lacks 90% of the tracks) or otherwise dead links. It's impressively hard to find this by itself even though there is evidence it did exist outside of Youtube - a French site called OST Center still has the track list and apparently it was ripped by the seemingly defunct VGM Legacy or whatnot.
