Official soundtrack from the biopic, presented in Apple Lossless.
Special thanks to Fallen_Knight (http://forums.ffshrine.org/member.php?u=1118860) for the share, and for the cover I requested.
I haven't seen the film yet but according to IMDb it's in chronological order. Enjoy!

Does anyone know if there will be a score album released featuring Matthew Margeson's music? I really liked the orchestral arrangements of Elton John's songs used in the film.

I doubt it, since all it basically was was different arrangements of Goodbye Yellow Brick Road

That's a shame. Maybe some sort of promo will surface as I really liked the choral/orchestral arrangements of Elton's songs. Thanks DAK for replying!!!

Having seen this film three times, because it's so damn good, I can concur that there are several songs (or versions of songs) that aren't on the soundtrack, which is a crying shame. In approximate order, they are:

1) The instrumental/choral version of Goodbye Yellow Brick Road that opens up the film during the title credits.

2) A piano-only version of Rocketman itself, that also plays during the opening moments.

3) A piano-only version of Candle In The Wind

4) An instrumental version of Holy Moses

5) That's Why They Call It The Blues

6) The complete song of Holy Moses

7) An instrumental version of Amoreena, that plays when Elton arrives in Hollywood to play at the Troubadour for the first time

8) The solo piano-version of Rocketman that plays during Elton's drug-induced concert montage (where he constantly changes costumes, as the piano spins around)

9) Victim Of Love

10) An instrumental only edition of Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word

11) A vocal version of Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word

12) The version of Goodybye Yellow Brick Road, that plays at the end of the final concert, as Elton storms-off determined to fix his life once and for all, is different in the film to the one featured on the CD soundtrack

13) The Taron Egerton-only version of Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me, which is featured only on the soundtrack sold in US Target stores, and is included as a bonus track.

The CD soundtrack is far from complete, and I do hope that one day, a more complete version appears, with most, if not all, of the above featuring on it.
