Real languages (even elvish for goodness sake) have their own words.
The "makers" of the Al Bhed languages just took the alphabet and muddled it up.
The words are just the same but with a muddled up alphabet.
Foreign languages use the alphabet in the right order and have their own words.

I just found out that some German word are impossible to pronounce in al-bhed, as we have the SCH, for example, which would become CLR, and that's just impossible to speak.
