I've searched for this everywhere and there is no direct rip. I have the game but haven't managed to do anything with any of the ripping software I have (Dragon Unpacker, Ravioli...quickBMS apparently has a script but I can't get it to work). Wonder if someone could take a crack at this? That isn't the same game though. GOG has the first one: https://www.gog.com/game/army_men but it doesn't include the soundtrack either.
