I've been looking for this in lossless for almost 6 months and it's turning out to be quite tricky. LLLR no longer sells these and any trace to it has been wiped from their website. A copy on Amazon runs for $50 plus tax which is outside of my budget right now so anyone who would be so kind as to share this, either via PM or a new thread, I'd greatly appreciate it.
