So here's something that was as easy as taking the files from the game's folder.
They turned out to be CRI-HCA with 6ch. Playable perfectly in foobar2000 and vgmstream component.
The converted files are downmixed to Stereo. At first I thought I missed some music, because there's a lot of songs labeled with "ev" which stands for "event" I assume, which means cutscenes.
As far as I see, this is all the music available in game. But if someone actually played the game yet (I have the Steam version which might have been a big WHOOPS on my part, but hey, music).

This game is actually good.

Against all odds I bought LEFT ALIVE anyways after canceling it. Yes, the graphics are sub-par, yes, it is clunky and yes, it is painfully hard-as-nails but the atmosphere and overall feeling is awesome! I like to read the Russian text all over (because I know some Russian), I like how gritty and hopeless the game is and there's other things to love too - like music.

Yes, I rage-quit it a few times in the beginning but after some serious thinking, I noticed how it should be played. It was rewarding, like SOULS-tier rewarding.. It is actually fun to make traps and see how enemies are trapped in flames. :D Did I say 'fun'... Well, I never.

This game is hated for wrong reasons, the reviews it got are almost all negative, but there's a few positive ones, and they AREN'T false-positives. They are from the people who actually understand the underlying logic of the game. I gave this game one star after rage-quitting, now it has four. Who knows, maybe it gets the missing one star later!

Also "Look, meow!" <- if you get that joke, you will get the game!

I agree, there's something strangely compelling about this game despite all of the negative reviews.

If the prices drop on eBay for the Ultimate Edition, I'll pick one up just to grab the soundtrack to share with everyone.
