Did any of you here ever recruit new team members?..I stuck with the original Besaid Aurochs line up from the very start...I figure they warrented my success...(200 odd wins in row with original team)

Also after alot of wins when you manage to get Wakka on your team..he sucks big time and is hard to train given the level of people you play against it is hard for him to learn any skills..Hints?

I kept everyone exept Datto. After I got Tidus to level 99 I decided to start to train Wakka and use him to make all the goals.

I took out letty and put in brother and took out datto and put wakka in his place, just cuz i like Wakka. :)

Not like you need anyone besides Tidus anyway lol. Jecht shot > opposing team.

i never change the bliztbal team but i did put wakka on the team.all my team are on level 98 for tidus , wakka, datto, jassu, botta. 99 for keepa, letty. and i never lose to any match including fighting the luca goers. i win. 3- 1. pretty easy

In the front i use Tidus and Shaami, then in the middle Wedge or brother in defense the original Botta- Jassu

oh and goalkeeper i use Durren

so how to get the other player. coz in japan , we like to use the original .( i never seen my friends has another bliztball member ) . and i want to know can you get the ronso fang member and where.

Press square on a person to see if it's a blitz player, than they ask you if you want to sign in, you choose the number of games you want him/her to play and pay them they're sallary, The Ronso Fang member is in Luca near one of the docks

but i only found 1 of them. i want to get the leader but i forget his name so i will reply again but the ronso fangs will be on luca right. so maybe i just keep searching before sending the reply

The rest of the team i think that are at Mt. Gagazet don't know for sure

i think bliztball is easy. but the only thing i hate about bliztball is when i have to fight the albhed psyches and the ronso fang. they are to hard.

Ronso Fang are easy but the stupid Goalkeeper of the Albhed was pretty strong, and the whole team was good, the guado glories are also good, the weakest are kilika beasts, what a bunch of loosers

what about luca goers, first they are hard , but when i have level up until like level 8 to all, they are nothing but a bunch of loser. the most hardest person on bliztball is SHMI. what do you think.

The goers don't play shit! i never lost to them, i use Shaami and tidus so i don't care how hard the opponent's are, and my Wedge can win to the Kilika without using a single technique

so you change the team. how do you get that shmi and wedge. if only you like to share with me

They are at Luca, Shaami is a journalist and she is near the path that leads to the sphere theatre, Wedge is at the entrance of the blitz stadium, and i also use Durren as a goalkeeper he is near Yojimbo's cave where you can find the old sword, and Brother that is piloting the airship

so what makes durren so good . i think keepa is the greatest gk.

Has good techniques, and he is one of the best keepers at a low level, when you train him he is the best, at the beguinig i give up Keepa and i hire Jumal he is sitting in a bench near the pub in Luca

so again what makes you think jumal is better than keepa. don't be mad .

RD: Ropp (Mi'ihen Highroad Travel Agency)
GL: Jumal (Luca) / Miyu (Moonflow) / Durren (Calm Lands Gorge)

I believe a team of:
LF: Blappa
RF: Shaami
MF: Brother
LD: Naida
RD: Ropp
GL: Jumal/Miyu (depending on how much the AI shoots at you)
is one of the best teams you can get at early levels.

I kept an eye on stats for the players on other teams. When their contracts ran out, and noticed they didn't resign, I'd exit blitzball and search them out, sign them to my team. I got rid of Botta and Letty pretty quick because the other team members had much better stats at that point. I didn't even realize Wakka was available for blitzball until my other players were at level 50! haha...so naturally I signed him and put his piddly level 3 in the fray. He's at level 15 now, but I had to pass him the ball about 100 times every game just to get his experience numbers to move. I think players level up faster after you get their "key techniques". Can anyone confirm this?

Miyu has high catch for a LV1 plus she has super goalie, grip gloves and anti stuff built in already, but come on how many of you dont use datto??? hes amazinh i used him soo much hes LV 40 and his speed is 86 his shot it 31 his defense is 34 and with tackle slip 2 no one can get hom hes invincible.

All I have left is Keepa and Wakka, every1 else is recruited.

Datto's stats don't grow much after that, and there are better all-around people in the higher levels. Lol I know what you're talking about though, my Tidus was on LV 80 when everyone else was on LV 30 because I never used anyone else. I think I scored 19 goals in one game. It's no fun with someone so much better though.

How did you score 19 in one match??? the game ends when you score 7 in one half so the tops you can score is 13. Plus datto does continues to grow, i got him to LV 99 and his speed was over 100, people think you can just record stats and thats what it will be thats rubbish, characters get points in a level up according to what they have used the most between the level up and the last level up. Plus yes you do get more experince if you get your key techs but only if you use them in a match.

My main strategy to build up characters is taking two low level players back to my defensive area near the goalie, and just passing between them all game, normal passing all game gets about 20 exp but if you want to double it to around 40 the use a special technique, you dont have to use like venom pass 3 to get +3 experience onto the 1 youve already got, Just use nap pass or something. I find the best thing to do is stick with the orginial line up and get 2 subs, in my case it was biggs and wedge. all my team is at LV 99 and i am undefeated in 2131 matches to date. I play so much cause its the highlight of my day which is why i was hoping thed make a game dedicated to blitzball.

Not on my game. Do you have the original? It was because I used Tidus and only Tidus, so he ended up with roughly 60 EXP per match while the opposing team didn't get any. His stats were so high I often took on the entire team in shot attempts. It's only recently that I've been scoring 13-14 per game because of the goalie techs.

Yes i do have the original and when one of your characters scores 7 goals against the opponent the game automatically ends, it even says so in the official strategy guide. So either your estimating too high, or you have found a glitch.

ive always stuck with the original aurochs with a slight change ie tidus n wakka upfront with datto middle(FAST AS HELL!) letty and jassu defense, keepa goals and botta sub. but for a while ive tried somethin fun and i recomend it, buy the entire squad of an original team. what i mean by that is buy for example all the original members of the beasts or fangs etc. its tough doing this cos some teams wont release certain players that u need but when its finished its cool playin as them plus other teams now have a chance cos theyll recruit ure aurochs soon as
