I'm starting this discussion because I know I am not the only one who wanted a soundtrack release of Series 4's Torchwood Miracle Day which sadly never came about but who else here thinks it should of got an official release?

I know the series had it's ups and downs and was a collaboration between BBC and American STARZ Cable Network but i thought it wasn't as bad as some people make it out to be. Silver Screen Records who produced previous Torchwood & Doctor Who soundtracks mentioned that there was interest from fans a few years back but no interest from the licensing companies. Silver Screen said that they don't have the license, That I'm guessing since they never divulged entirely, lies with STARZ since they co-funded it and it was their series essentially. There is some really good tracks on Miracle Day series from Doctor Who Soundtrack Master, Murray Gold Himself but it's hard to get hold of him since he doesn't have a website, the only other way is through the BBC which is next to impossible. I wish they would release the studio pieces and put them up somewhere preferably lossless since you can buy previous soundtracks digitally in FLAC format now which is great. Ben Foster, also did Doctor Who and Torchwood has put unreleased torchwood pieces of music on Soundcloud, (lossy but still better then nothing) as Torchwood Series 1-2 soundtrack is missing a TON of music.

If anyone would like to try and help, maybe try emailing silver screen records here and show them that we want a soundtrack release now. Class is even getting a soundtrack release after a few years and that was cancelled not so long ago
