Ok.

Here it goes. This is the way I got characters from Lv22- 50 in 6 hours

1.Equip one charcter with the accessory "Fire ring"
2. Equip that character and (if you wish) another character with the "enemy skill" materia
3.Go to the marshes
4. Fight the Midgar Zolom (When u have all 3 on limit)
5. Make sure the person with the Fire ring survives until it uses "Beta"
6. Beta will not hurt the person with the ring thus learning the skill
7. Go to Junon ( The path with training shinra soldiers) there is an alarm there set it off.
8. Use Beta against any foes when ur at lower levels.
9. When u finish battles cure characters with magic.
10. When ur low on MP go to the inn nearby, Rest 7 save then return.

Hope I have helped. This worked for me!

And all you need is the fire ring. I was level 52 in Cosmo Canyon.

Well not all of us are that sad to train up to such a high level with monsters that give you Stupidly low amounts of exp.

Well if you can train up to level 50 from 22 in six hours, then I don't think its a waste of time at all. Nor do I think its stupidly low amounts of exp if you can do it in six hours. It isn't like he is fighting those clowns on the map. It will make the rest of the game go so much faster. Stop being an asshole man.

Hey im just voicing my opinion thats all. I never found the need to train up so high. It ruins the game as everything becomes piss easy.

I don't remember this alarm in Junon, and I am soon beginning a new file. Is this when you first arrive in Junon? Can you only set the alarm off once? I do remember infinate soldiers in Midgar Sector 8. When you're on the tracks, go back as far as you can. You'll eventually reach a door where Shinra Soldiers come ingroups of three. I think I found a way to walk away from the game for an hour or two, leaving the button held down. Exp. is pretty poor though, not really useful unless you want to level up without playing! Regen Rings can be helpful in these battles!
