my pc version of Final Fantasy 8 crashes when the Eidos movie is running. it started when i reinstalled my computer so it must be something i can fix somehow :p

i already:
- installed FF8 PC 1.2 Geforce patch
- updated my drivers for Geforce
- put it on Win98 mode
- changed video settings any way i can set them
- reinstalled FF8

anyone have an idea as to why this is happening? and how i can make so I can play again :p?
any info is greatly apreciated ;)

I've seen these PC crash threads enough, maybe I should stop downloading the game...

They seem to be suggesting trying it without the 1.2 patch and see if that'll work.

nope no succes...

guess i'll just have to wait for another computer, if anyone has more ideas they're always welcome.
