I know it might be asking quite a lot but, from what I could understand, this soundtrack is impossible to find anywhere other than: https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/beatmania-iidx-20-tricoro-original-soundtrack-vol-1/605243244 at this point.
Soundtracks from Beatmania IIDX 16 up to 25 are very easy to find, and despite being named "Beatmania IIDX 20 Tricoro (Original Soundtrack), Vol. 1" officially, there was never a second volume, the remaining music got transferred to a sequel's soundtrack, even. Confusing.
