For some reason, the opening and battle themes aren't with the rest of the music, and I can't figure out where they're located in the game data. I'd really appreciate it if someone gave me a hand in finding them.

I think I can help you! What did you use to rip it? Have you accessed the assets folder? Or the .obb file?

The assets are located (assuming you have an Android device, I don't know where it'd be on iOS) in:
Phone > Android > data > com.sega.d2megaten.en > files > AssetBundle > assets

Except for the two missing tracks, the music is packaged in .awb files (and I assume related data in .acb files) which when extracted (I used VGMToolbox) contain .hca files. These can be converted into other audio formats like .mp3 with foobar2000.

However, the missing tracks are evidently NOT in the .awb files. The only other place I would think to look would be the .cpk files, but as far as I can tell they only contain character voices and sound effects.

One question: how many tracks do you have?

I currently have 13 tracks:

bgm_btl_boss - Boss battle
bgm_drama_danger - Demon Buster / Dx2 Duel menus and some story scenes
bgm_drama_quiet - Story scenes
bgm_drama_search - Story scenes
bgm_drama_unquiet - Story scenes
bgm_facility - Liberators' Hideout
bgm_fusion - Church of False Gods / Pandemonium
bgm_gd - Aura Gate ambience
bgm_home - Login screen / Liberators' HQ
bgm_map - World map (interestingly this track seems to be based on "World Map -Real World-" from Nocturne)
bgm_park - Hell's Park menus and battle
bgm_result - Battle victory
bgm_shop - Item shop

The only ones I'm missing are the opening/credits theme and the regular battle theme.
