Anyone else have System of a Down's new album yet? I just got it and I think it is great...
I've heard two songs from it. Both were shit.

Ha, I really like the 2 new songs I've heard. They're fun. Cigaro and BYOB, I think. Didn't realise the album was already out tho.

ive heard; violent pornography, starlit eyes, lost in hollywood, BYOB (heard that like months ago), cigaro (months ago as well) and holy mountain... i dont know if they actually are in the new album cos i dl songs and dling can be misleading because ppl sometimes write dif titles and stuff but it told me that they are in mesmerize so maybe they are

I got it the other day, its an awesome album!, i'm not usually abig fan of System of Down, but the Mezmerize album is cool!, my fav tracks being:

thers a song called "lost in hollywood" and then theres a song called "old school hollywood" and theyu are both on mezmerize
i also really liked this cd its good and i recommend to get it

Old School Hollywood does not sound right. I'm sorry, that vocal effect is just cringeworthy.

I agree Ed, the techno voice at the beginning isn't very SOAD-like either. I normally like that singers voice though.
Anyways, I love this cd. One of the best I have heard in quite a while and I absolutely love SOAD because they are so quirky and change their moods/style of their songs so quickly yet pull it off wonderfully, a good example of this is radio/video. BYOB is a wonderful song I love the melody, as with Cigaro. Pretty much that entire cd is full of good songs but that's only because there are only 10 songs basically. :(
