Just tried downloading both FLAC and MP3 versions. Both RARs were broken and failed to open. Would much appreciate a fix of this!

I extracted the FLAC without problems. Must be on your part.

Are you on a Mac? I've also had this problem when using Unarchiver and various others. Using BetterZip works for me when others can't open rar files -
