This is a request for when the Spyro Reignited Trilogy game comes out. I'm sure once the game is out this fall, someone here will make a rip of the music and upload it. I prefer Mega, Mediafire or Google Drive links. Thank you for your time.

I am aware the game won't be out until September. This is just me thinking ahead, OK?

Two days until the game is out for everyone in the US!

I second this. I hope to see something like what it was done for the Crash N.Sane Trilogy. Maybe with the addition of the non-arranged, original PS1 tracks, too.

Its almost here. It will be very interesting to see if the original music included will be of a higher quality then the restricted 32,000/37,000 kbps versions found on the PS1 releases back in the day. The fact that they went to Steward Copeland's home studio during development (with actual pics and even video footage shown at the Comicon Spyro Reignited panel) means we just might get this. Then I would love all the remake's tunes too, even the different "dynamic" versions of the tunes that will have drums missing when not close to enemies and stuff. Some of the tunes I've heard so far are way off but then some tunes like the Hurricos one sounds amazing remade. Can't wait, I'm sure we'll see some nice uploads here throughout the week. :)

I just listened to Sheila's Alp. The new version gives me a Ty the Tasmanian Tiger feel.

Ah, you found the videos by that one YouTuber. Good on you for finding 'em! That said, I'm loving the remastered soundtracks for 1 & 2 but I feel that 3 needed more love.

Add me to the group requesting this, especially if the original tracks are higher in quality.

Started playing now and straight away I don't really like the way they made the original tune loop on the Artisan home world. The original game would play the tune twice and then fade out the track, then repeat from the beginning again. Its the same on Sunny Flight too and the loop is even more obvious on that track. Its weird too the way the start of the tune never properly plays, it awkwardly fades into the tune so you miss the start of it. :(

andrewsqual
11-13-2018, 08:14 PM
Seems to be the way it is on a lot of the music. Dark Hollow, where the tune usually has a great end and fade out, it cuts in the loop way before it should. I think I know why all the tunes fade in at the start now. Because they don't want you to hear the awkward cut in where they make the tune start again. So the original openings of a lot of the sound track are simply not going to be audible.

The new dynamic music is sort of strange and I guess a lot of work was put into it. There is a very quiet ambient version of the current level playing when you even sit idle, then it straight away plays a version with more instruments when you simply start running around. The smooth transition between these sounds really good.

Still waiting patiently.

I am personally not a fan of the the dynamic music. The idea is cool but I'd find myself constantly making sure I don't stop for too long when listening to the level tracks for the first time and taking in the visuals.

This mental 'idle timer' was getting on my nerves so I disabled it. I plan on re-enabling it when going back through each game for skill points and trophies and for subsequent playthroughs.

its hecking ridiculous that we dont have the soundtrack yet

andrewsqual
11-17-2018, 11:24 PM
Its not that ridiculous when you think about it. If the game was released on PC, yet, it would have been very easy to do probably. Now somebody has to rip it straight from the audio source of the consoles. I don't think anybody has any means to extract sounds from PS4 or Xbox1 discs and even if they did, how much of the soundtracks for 2 or 3 are actually on the discs either?

11-17-2018, 11:47 PM
The actual firmware for the PS4 has not any public exploits at the time so dumping the game would not be possible at the moment.

I've been following people that can actually rip the music and there are working out on this. It will take a while to get that.

One fear I have is that we'll only see the default music and not the variants when you're charging or standing still because I actually like the more quiet nature of some of the tracks, especially Dark Hollow.

Youtuber 3godzilla3 has been uploading the soundtrack to the game over the past few days. This includes the standard tracks and dynamic variants: idle, charging and inside echo.

So far all of Artisans, Peace Keepers and Magic Crafters have been uploaded, so it'll probably be quite a wait before the whole game is done.

Playlist is here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLo6SSHo84XM6OOrVDvXmms5jdiOeyC0wg

They'll never understand. A week ago people asked for a reupload of a Castlevania compilation, i told them where to search for. They kept asking for a reupload. I wouldn't make a fuss about it, sometimes YouTube playlists are "better than nothing" until that nothing becomes something :D

FFshrine was made to share audio & music material. Youtube links are for people who just want to listen the music. We share the music that we find by ripping gamefile, album, digital release or we made line-up recording. Leading Youtube links won't solve anything. Heck people are so impatient that they just use a youtube converter to take the lewds quality of it and made a thread and they claims to say "Ripped from the game" when it's clearly not because the quality is bad like REALLY BAD but people think its true.

It would have been better if the users on YouTube provided download links to their game music. Not just individual songs, but like the whole OST.

You know, come to think of it, a few people have managed to rip music from Crash N. Sane Trilogy.

On the downside, the proper rips of the N Sane Trilogy don't loop and all the Bonus Rounds and Death Routes (from Crash 3), all have their intros and main tracks separated.

As I'm saying this, nobody has manged to make an OSV of the NST with looping tracks and complete pieces. So at the moment, the only way we can listen to looped versions of the music is via recordings uploaded on YouTube.

The entire tracks basically.

There's some people who have been uploading to youtube a mix of the track that does show the entire Dynamic track O: would be nice if the songs after the first loop we hear the dynamic versions.

Anyways, just like N Sane Trilogy I bet eventually we will get a "Music From Spyro Reignited Trilogy" or luckly the entire soundtrack.

You have my confidence. Just a heads up, the Bonus Round music from Crash 2 and 3 have the intros and main tracks split up, but in case you're wondering why the Medieval Bonus Round from Crash 3 has no designated Intro Stinger like the others, that's because the file to that one is the exact same track used for the Jungle Bonus Round from Crash 2.

The specific file in question is (from the PC rip):
CB2_L201_Bonus_Intro,CB2_Music_L201_TurtleWoods_St inger_bank,NoLoc,48000,40,0,0.fsb

While there's still no official rips as of this post, we do indeed have a temporary alternative until such things become reality.

3godzilla3, who has been uploading recordings from the game onto YouTube for the past few weeks has finally finished the entire trilogy and has taken the MP3 files used to make the videos and compiled them into a collection on MEGA.

Links are here:

https://mega.nz/#!9hE3EArS!KKnspvo4eIWzqUQlKGrN8yLKv3tuLX8PjPwEO4wQJio
- Includes only the Main level tracks from the trilogy

https://mega.nz/#!0ptRxaSC!6FAKSjJhXBt5vyImHTcB12VCEnEYQaUWxrOhmHLtj1M
- Includes all Main level tracks as well as the Dynamic variations: Idle, Charging and Interior Echo

I know this isn't the authentic rip, but having listened to it myself all the way through, it's still pretty good quality, as these are not YouTube rips, but legit MP3s.

Hopefully this should keep us pleased until an actual rip can be obtained.
