They aren't out until tomorrow. Unless some people were lucky enough to have their copies delivered early.

Are they literal remasters or are they like the ultimate edition of TPM (unlikely i know...)?

They are remastered, not expanded. There is no new music at all, just the original soundtrack album presentations freshly remastered from the original master tapes.

I have links, but the situation is kinda shady because, even though they are very clearly Disney releases and don't hide it, and all of the movies remain on Disney, now the first even more thanks to the Fox buy. But I made a post in a thread see if we can make an exception.

People, please stop PMing me about links. It's still uncertain and I received no reply about if Star Wars scores could be shared with the exception that they're clearly Disney now. You can get banned if the mod thinks you're sharing or hinting at PM sharing, so PLEASE, for my sake stop asking me for links. I won't give them. I don't want to get banned.

3OST seems to have links to this music in 24b 192KHz. Downloading 2 to 3 GB files from Depositfiles with a free account might be problematic though.

Fun fact. Directing folks to the albums even on other sites is forbidden. Some have been banned for such.

Star Wars music isn't (or shouldn't be) forbidden here... Sony has no rights to the music at all anymore. It is 100% controlled by WDR (and distributed by UMG).

I know. However Ponyo up there asked if they could be shared and Admin's solid, firm answer was "dunno, maybe, we'll get back to ya". So who knows.

It never was about Sony Classical, more about Star Wars movies being "Fox"... but even if Disney's purchase of Fox hasn't gone through yet (it's just a bid offer for now) the soundtrack releases are definitely Walt Disney Records, and maybe not the fourth, but the rest of movies are now defo Disney's, at least digitally.

If you put Attack of the Clones blu-ray into your blu-ray player and you play it, do you see Disney logo or Fox logo?

FilmScoreMedia

Neither. It just says "Lucasfilm". The Fox logo has been removed from all current releases.

depends on what blu-ray edition you have... on the first COMPLETE SAGA Set is still the FOX Logo on every movie... and the second Set (with Vader on the front) the FOX Logo appears only on EPISODE IV

I think it would be best to just avoid it altogether no? There are plenty of other places to get the music if you really really dont want to buy it...

I saw these editions in a store yesterday. I was about to buy them all but I said to myself... 'c'mon, not again' LOL
However, I'd like to have a look at the art inside - which seems scarce - and see if it is worth it.
Has anyone got a link?
