This is the soundtrack of the TV anime adaptation of Lensman, made after the movie version.
It was broadcasted between October 1984 and April 1985, and not much is known about it. No complete video release of the TV series was ever made, only a pack of 6 episodes were released in a LD-box.

Concerning the soundtrack itself, most of it was composed and performed by COSMOS. The opening theme and another song (insert?) are present, but not the ending theme 'Paradise'. To have it you must grab an EP release (ref 07FA-1016), was it posted somewhere in the forum?

A LPrip was uploaded on youtube in 2015, ripped and posted by MartyMcflies here but I think the link is dead. Anyway I offer both lossless and lossy versions of this LP.

A 'Digital Trip' edition of the movie was posted by MartyMcFlies (Thread 73213). A 2-LP drama release based on the movie version [C38A-0350/1], was also released in 1984, not available yet.
Finally there are 'Galaxy Patrol Lensman' drama CDs made in the 90s, posted here (Thread 67259), but not related with any anime.

I think it's in the "Old Anime OSTs" thread, but there's an anime compilation CD that features the Lensman TV OP/ED in FLAC

True dat, the ED song is included in one OP/ED compilation called "Minna no TV Generation: Anime Uta Nenkan 1984": http://anison.info/data/source/15579.html (track 16, OP is also present)

Could not find any working links for it (actually I could only find posts for other years lol) so I suggest to check ost-center or nautiljon if you want to have that ED song.

EDIT: found a working link with all volumes of that series, including the 1984 one of course, enjoy:
