L'Armata Brancaleone (known in English-speaking countries as The Incredible Army of Brancaleone or For Love and Gold) is an Italian comedy movie released in 1966, directed by Mario Monicelli and featuring Vittorio Gassman in the main role.

The soundtrack is composed by Carlo Rustichelli.

This thread provides my own rip and scans for a Special Edition of the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack from a CD issued in 2004.

Instead of the usual format in plastic, the CD box is a simplified version made of paperboard. So, the scans refer only to the outer and inner parts of the box.

Dear PPKA, many thanks for this marvelous work by Carlo Rustichelli.

I have a comment: did you notice that track number 3 uses Wagner's "Siegfried's Funeral March from Gotterd�mmerung", Act III, the same opening that was used by John Boorman in "Excalibur"? It's curious that the booklet states "music by Carlo Rustichelli" only, and doesn't credit Wagner. I've watched the movie these days, and I had already heart it, but now with the soundtrack I am really sure Rustichelli used the opening of Wagner opera on track 3.
