I came across this link on a Reddit sub. No idea of it's origin or how it came to be. It's not strictly instrumental, as the backing vocals/chorus is still intact, but the lead vocals are very cleanly removed with no audible residue (as far as my ears can hear - except one minor 'echo effect' during 'Never Enough'). Annoyingly, the reprise of 'Never Enough' is still with lead vocals, but all other tracks are as described and it's a much better experience than listening to any of the available karaoke tracks.
