Wow...guess what? In the hush-hush status that Square-Enix has been in lately, barring the E3 line-up announcement, we have new images of the upcoming Kingdom Hearts 2. No new details have actually been revealed with this latest update, but we do get to see some of the new faces appearing in the sequel.

By far, the coolest images feature the return of Auron, sans shades and sake jug, and he appears to be kicking major tail. Of course, why what's going on in said images is up to you to speculate.

Well, it looks pretty good. But I'm still not expecting too much out of KH2. I'm still annoyed by the fact that they shot down Chrono Break for more funding of KH2.

im gettin 2! not because of the pics though. because of how much i lOVED kh1! and auron was my fav character from ffX so that makes it better! KH ROCKS!!

Oh please - like they needed to cut corners. Square Enix is a huge multi-billion dollar company, and in this particular game, it has the support of another huge entertainment company in the form of Disney - they were not short of money for this game.

If Chrono Break was cancelled, it was because they could see no profit in it. Square Enix obviously isn't pursuing the Chrono franchise for now - they haven't released either Chrono Trigger or Chrono Cross in Europe, and to my memory, Chrono Cross did not not receive good critical acclaim.

Sometimes I wish they would show more sense in what titles they release though; Square Enix have been doing better. I think we've got every game that's come out since Square Enix has been an entity...however, it means we got UNLIMITED SaGa, and we never got Xenogears. Or Final Fantasy Tactics :(

Yeah, It'd be cool if they had some other main characters in it like Yuna or Squall ^_^ But Auron is cool! I cant wait! They release it in the UK on the 24th of June. (I checked on the HMV website.)

It looks fantastic personaly, great graphics, great storyline (kh1), smooth gameplay..etc.

I cant wait! I wish I could have it now! I just hope that the camera controls are a little easier this time. Ohhhhhhh 24th June i will be in HVM right at the front of the queue! If have any money left :(

Kindom hearts is like the...Ugly little brother of FF, I mean, its like saying "Ya, lets take a great game, add children cartoons to it, market it to people who have never played a Final Fantasy game and then let them pretend that they have beaten them all.." I mean thats how it is in my town, people alwase saying 'Cloud is badass' and stuff, and they havent even touched FF7...this game annoys me, just my personal opinion
