I was trying to play today and earlier it worked, but about an hour ago i got disconnected. When i was exiting Windurst, E. Sarutabaruta wasnt loading, and after a couple of minutes the screen went black and a message box came up. It said the server wasnt responding. Maybe i didnt read some notice or warning talking about it. Is this happening to anyone else?

Yeah, PlayOnline is going to hell in a handbasket rather quickly, and Square Enix seems powerless to stop these attacks.

About a week or two ago when I was on FFXI, I was disconnected two or three times within half an hour, which wasn't good, especially as I was trying to party at the Dunes at the time. Luckily, because it was happening to pretty much everyone else, nobody was angry at me (there is nothing worse than to have the party's main healer disappear suddenly when in the middle of a party battle), and we just picked up from where we left off.

It is annoying as hell, but there isn't too much you can do about it except try and log back in and hope to Altana that the server stabllises.
