Typo ish all too familiar with that situation. Admittedly, however, I'm one of those spoiled ones who'd buy the over-priced shinies anyway. Not that I don't complain about inflation, just that if I want it, I go get all dirty in me volcano until I can get it (though I'm not sure anymore if I'll have enough patience to get that Scorpion Harness right now :3).

I'm not going to throw any of that "supply and demand" around in here, as that just seems to be an easy-way-out-saying for people who like to think they know everything about the economy, likening it to how things are in reality. I know from experience that "supply and demand" isn't the reason for everything being the way it is with todey's economy, and much more than anything else it's actually a balance between the seller's greed, and the buyer's desire for a particular item. Aldion just had to have it now, especially since the current trend was an unreasonable hike in cost price. Simple. Items in high supply can get jacked, too, but that ish not relevant to Adaman BP, meguess.

Anywey, I digress a little, and I do feel sorry for you and your fellow PLD-folk for that. Guess that proves that every job does have at least one desireable item that this happens to. .-.

lol But what annoyed me is that he went to do such a nice little speech saying he'd go against inflation, to just do exactly the opposite a few minutes. Isn't that, you know, called being hypocrite ?

Sometimes. In this case I'd say it was just a change of mind - there's a fine line between the two, meguess. I did find it kinda funny. :3 He was indeed damn anti-inflation in that speech though, but I guess anyone would take that tone if something they worked so hard to obtain ish now suddenly out-of-reach... /comfort

Oh, another 100k is not what I'd call out-of-reach, it just means I had to work another evening.

I have the full set now, by the way, but I'm broke. :p
