The file was reported for copyright infringement and removed by MEGA, as I was nicely informed in the e-mail below. I can only guess that someone here on The Shrine requested the link under false pretenses and reported me to the powers that be. Not being a person to make waves, I have decided that, for the present, I will not re-upload the file or share it in any way here on the Shrine. That doesn't stop people who downloaded the file before it was taken down from re-sharing it, but I will have no part of it. Again, my apologies for the disappointment and the inconvenience.
