They're both new recordings, but neither are available on the FYC (I'm especially bummed about the reprisal of the Emperor's theme).

Nope, they are brand new orchestrations for this film and yet to be released.

There's no need. This was a terrible edit that has now been superseded by the isolated score, which I'm sure someone has used to compile a much more complete expanded edit. I don't even have this anymore.
