I tweaked the localized names that nightwulf made, but more importantly I also translated/localized all the composers/artists and corrected the artists (some of them are wrong in the OP upload). I suspect this is because those tracks simply have no artist listed, so they messed with the export software. You can do what you want with those, though I personally suggest copying the composer over to the artist field just so it doesn't confuse any more programs.

I used Mp3tag and a formatted version of Shugo Takahashi's list. There was probably a more efficient way to do this, but I've never used this program before so this was the easiest method that I could come up with in a few minutes.

Save each of these as a text file (sorry, I didn't know how to do both discs together) and load up each disc in Mp3tag. Use the "Convert: Text file - Tag" option with the format string %track% / %title% / %artist% / %composer% . This will work and for the few tracks that didn't have an artist I used the composer's name.
