This version contains 41 tracks direct ripped from the LPCM audio track (48 Khz / 16-bit). They are propper tagged.

I was about to ask here, since some of Zimmer's live stuff on YouTube has a massive problem with.. I guess it's the volume? As soon as the entire orchestra kicks off it's just a bit too much. As in, very in your face. I know it is supposed to feel epic and loud and massive, but everything just bleeds into this weird mess :/

Even some of the other versions of the Zimmer concert that are on Youtube sound better. I couldn't quite put my finger on it, mixture of volume, too mushed together (bass heavy, treble lost).

I saw this concert live (Perth Australia) and have since watched the bluray, and I can't help but feel that the Miss Daisy/Sherlock/Madagascar medley was not the right way to open the concert. I can see how he wanted to reveal the full orchestra and choir in stages, but the themes just didn't really work as a concert opener, IMO, and people I have shown it to who aren't familiar with Zimmer started giggling and looking at me funny when the piano and clarinet theme started. I told them to wait until the next piece, which went down so much better (Crimson Tide). I think he would have been better off opening with Crimson Tide and moving the medley to follow True Romance. Anyone else think it opened with a whimper instead of a bang?

I will open a thread for the lossless surround version, so keep an eye out for it.
