This is a digital recording of all the music from Super Mario Odyssey in both FLAC and MP3 formats.


This was recorded via HDMI to an optical audio extractor into my PC. I recorded at 32bit / 48kHz and then downsampled to 16 bit for the FLAC and MP3 files. Each track was recorded using the in-game music list in a location I found which provides complete silence behind the music.


Most tracks were then looped twice and then faded out, although a few were able to be either seamless loops (because they had no intro) or were only played once (in the case of tracks with vocals.)


This was quite the labor of love and by far the longest soundtrack I've recorded. I hope everyone enjoys, but please let me know if there are any mistakes - it was a lot of audio to listen to.

Well, it is much cleaner than any YouTube rips I've seen, but I feel like the tracks could be a little bit louder.

Everything was amplified the same amount so that each track would have appropriate relative loudness, and I didn't want to amplify them any more than I did as the louder tracks would start to clip.
