My favorite Final Fantasy varies with my mood, but I voted for FFIX. You left off FFX-2 though, which I really like.

heh, i know what u mean. after i beat FF4 i was convinced for the next 3 weeks or so that it was the best FF. Then after doing 10 i was convinced that that was the best. i have to go cold turky for a while to get an accurate answer from myself.

You can't go wrong with FFX.

FF10 is definately my favourite. The storyline was the most emotional game i'd ever experienced, the gameplay was well balanced, and the graphics some of the best the PS2 has to offer.

FFVI is my personal favorite. I wasn't too fond to the plotline, but i really liked how some of the characters were alittle more than what met the eye. Another reason it is my favorite is because of Kefka. He was an officier who eventually killed off his superiors and took control. He then achieved all power; he became a god, but he and his laughter were fortunately defeated. I still like this game even though the graphics are extremely outdated.

Of course, this ain't exactly a fair poll. FFX is the first FF to be made on a 'modern' console. Thus it can have superior graphics, music, lenght etc.

hmm...well, still! FFX rules all! but...i get what Omegaweapon and Detonate are saying. When i played, i loved it so much..i thought that no game could get better.....but then X came along(I can't believe i said that! Have mercy!) 8 was my first, so it'll always be special. it was my first FF and RPG

FF8 was the first FF game I played so I really do love that game. I can still put it on and spend hours upon hours going through it. It is like a favourite movie. I think however that FFX is the best FF game. The plot is just wonderful and I have no shame admitting it actually had me addicted and obsessed for a hell of a long time. There you go...8 rocks but I had to vote 10.

FF8 definitely. same as Neosavedtheworld, it's the first RPG game that i played. i remember every details lol. i'd love to play it again. :( but i left my PS console in Indonesia. can't do anything about it.

Final Fantasy X. I also liked VIII, but I found that I liked X better.

ffx was great but nothing compares too ff7

ffiii not only was it great but it was the first one I played. Followed closely by 7 or 9 (I can't decide which)

final fantasy 7's characters rocked, although Aron was awesome, but ff7 was just altogether well made.

Wow, im really surprised that ff10 got the same amont of votes as ff7. I personaly think the best is 7 then 8 and then 9 (not far behind), and don`t even start with ff10, i hated it.

Yeah, so seven rocked the house, followed by ten, nine, and *long pause* ten-two. Twelve looks like it could be fantastic! I just hope it comes out on PS2 because I won't be getting a PS3 for a year or so after it comes out. Cheaper, yeah know?
