Year Of Release: 1994
Genre: Production & Library Music
IM BACK! And what a catch we have today! This one was caught by pure chance on eBay and I had to snag it, for this is a particularly rare release. Not even cataloged on Discogs!! Anywho, for those who have followed up on my previous contributions may remember this title being mentioned, well I got it for the Tim Souster tracks ... But OH LORDY did I get soo much more. In a nutshell, all of these tracks are soundalikes of popular Film and TV themes... Or simply knockoffs. BUT, but but but, don't think for one second that's a bad thing in this case. It really is not, and even on their own, the tracks offered on this release are stellar! Absolutely stellar. All the orchestrated material is knock out of the park quailty.
The Tim Souster tracks carry this release alone, with Dawn Of Mankind, Streets Of Palermo and Red Alert especially. To My surprise, however, the likes of Backyard Alley & International Rescue by Keith Papworth, March Concord by Stanley Black and Spinecharge by Paul Lewis add scrumtous layers to already delicoius cake.
If your a collector of Library Music, I implore you to snag this one, even for the non orchestrated material packed in.
