For either one, I'd recommend Foobar2000 (
http://www.foobar2000.org/download) and These Components (
http://www.foobar2000.org/components/tag/game+music). Once installed, you should be able to DnD the files in question and play them from there. If you right-click them in the player, you should have the option to convert them, as well [for mobile phones and other portable players].
That said, I can't guarantee that FooBar will play whatever files you have for it, but I think it's fairly likely.

Sidenote: There may be some other components that you might need as well in order to play your files as well. I'm not familiar with XBox360 audio enough to know.
