Started out making one of Reno today as a joke with a friend, but I hoped it would have looked nicer, but our craft room is just a junk room right now so I had to wing it. Trying to decide if I should make more characters or not, with better supplies. Cotton balls don't make good heads, nor does crepe paper make good hair. Socks for the pants worked though.

Given what you worked with, I don't think "he" turned out too bad, in the end. Nice work.
