Seen it yesterday, movie totally blew me away... the picture/the sound design... just amazing! For those hoping to find some melodic TTRL love in the Dunkirk score (me me me), not a chance... although there's clearly some use of the Cosmic Beam (Lupica) in there.
It's definitely in the line of TDK - Inception - Interstellar to my feelings. Little bit too monotonous, repetitive at times... tik tik tik anyone?

Interesting fact, this is Nolan's shortest feature to date (not counting his early shorts) and almost every min of it has been scored... that will be some interesting RS.

Let's hope for an Oscar Nomination! (FYC Score / "Complete Score") ;-)

As others have noted it is almost 100% sound design. Sounds like something I would expect from Johann Johannsson.

It's a lot darker than I expected. I can only imagine the kinds of sequences that must go with this.

I will definitely need context. But I'm sure it will piss off anybody expecting something grand and melodic. Zimmer seems to be on the pulse of what the relevant sound is and it seems like we are really seeing a convergence of sound design and film music...

Yeah, its really a shame the prologue score isnt on it, worked really well and was hoping I will hear it in good quality.

There is some stuff missing and all Im hoping for now is that we will get a complete score or FYC.
