Here are some edits I did of the Lord of the Rings scores by Howard Shore. I edited the material from the Recording Sessions and the Archival CD plus the original albums. The tracks are as heard in the film. Some tracks have letters after the number (example: 5a). This is when I spliced in scenes from other LOTR films (ex: the Arwen/Aragorn scenes from The Two Towers spliced into the Fellowship of the Ring). Thought might be cool to watch the films in that order so I did it musically instead. Anyhoo. Hope you enjoy it.

Recording sessions or complete recordings?

Oooooooo this looks good, really looking forward to what you've done here. I wouldn't have ever touched LotR (or The Hobbit) with a 39 & 1/2-foot pole, they're far too complex for me.

Also, I highly recommend upping these to Mediafire before some fuckhead reports the MEGA links, because it will happen.

Recording sessions or complete recordings?

Complete Recordings. The sessions have never been leaked.

Complete Recordings. The sessions have never been leaked.

Well if you look in the original post, he mentions both the recording sessions and the "archival CD" as sources. I'm assuming he was referencing the complete recordings when saying "archival CD". So if that is indeed the case then he might actually have the sessions!

Doubt it

I doubt it too. I don't see OP posting something edited from the sessions, not without first posting the sessions themselves. Also, I believe "Archival CD" is the Rarities Archive. However, if I'm wrong about that, feel free to correct me.

There's an unbelievably complete Archival Edition by Faleel, with all the available alternates collected from every release and some rips from the Appendices, he might be referring to those.

Yes, I used the Complete Recordings and the Rarities Archive (sorry forgot the official titles). I think some tracks are from faleels edition too, but it was so long ago I dont remember, it was way back in like 2005. Sorry for any miscommunication.

No offense against OP, but these are not very good. And the film version cues I was looking for in RotK aren't the film versions. A Far Green Country, The Sacrifice of Faramir and The Journey to The Grey Havens.

Sacrifice is ripped and Billy Boy'd vocals are coming in through the rear channels. It's echoing.
