Fun fact: "The first impetus to this production had come from no less a person than George Clooney. His close friend Quentin Tarantino had recommended Peter Thomas album "Kriminalfilm Musik (Crime Movie Music") to the moviestar. Those soundtracks to old German Edgar Wallace-movies excited Clooney so much that he decided to use five of those tracks (5, 6, 7, 8, 9) in the soundtrack to his first self-directed movie "Confessions Of A Dangerous Mind" (starring a.o. Julia Roberts and Drew Barrymore). The tracks which Clooney used, originally stem from the movies "Die seltsame Gr�fin", "Der Zinker" und "Das Verr�tertor" and are fine examples of the timeless quality of Peter Thomas' compositions"
