Where do u get Turtle Shells?

Anybody knows?

Awright, awright. You can get them from an Admantoise or an Armadodo. I think both have to be between level 20-29, but I could be wrong. You could also try 3 Admantoise Cards or 2 XATM092 --- that'll get you one Turtle shell. That might be the easiest bet.

What do turtle shells do?

They teach a gf move like vitality +20% or something, but are important to weapon upgrading...
