Are the tracks tagged in English or are the still Japanese? I haven't played the game for myself and the other download I found for this tagged the tracks in English, so I got a few things spoiled for me lol...

The titles are all translated to English, but there's no character mention except Monokuma and Monocubs as far as I know, or any other major information (no tracks like "X's last will" or "X's execution") that could classify as spoilers I guess?

From a quick glance on the list you linked I can say for sure that the tracks in there are not exclusive and are a part of the full OST (a few tracks differ slightly in wording).

I have the limited edition from NISA, which came with 2 OST CDs - 10 sample tracks (sample OST CD coming with Day One edition) + more tracks on the other CD (24 according to the link, but some tracks should be the same as on sample CD). Once I get home, I'll check the CDs as I haven't even opened either, being satisfied with the full one I have.

I have checked both OST CDs from NISA's limited edition.

Murder Nocturne CD, also known as 'sample OST', has 2 tracks I don't recall hearing in the full OST nor in the game - it's New A.A. (ch.1) and New A.A. (ch.3). Other 8 tracks are from the full OST.
The other CD has 24 tracks all from the full OST.

After reading the recent interview I have learned that there is an additional track for the ending of the localized version, called 'The END of DNG', available only on Google Play/iTunes.

Funny, but it's Murder Nocturne CD + cast comments. So nothing new, music-wise, the only difference are short cast comments which aren't music related at all. Just a nice bonus.

That's exactly what I said, the other way around. :) The point I was making is: the fact that they included "Limited Edition Original Arrange" in the titles indicates that they are probably exclusive to the 25-track OST+cast comments album and the 10-track sampler.

It's actually much more difficult to find things that way. Threads that are unique to each soundtrack usually have the soundtrack's name in the thread title, much easier to find by Google and this site's search. But you can leave a post there in which you link this thread.
